RAIN FOREST

The rain forest is the most tropical place in all the main island of Esseria, and home to the Thaentos Kingdom's royal family. The foliage is extremely thick, and traveling through the forest often results in one becoming lost. The moisture here is high at all times, and if it isn't raining, the humidity is causing condensation on the leaves of trees. Dew in the mornings makes the soil wet and sticky, but the land as an entire whole is quite beautiful. Creeks rush through the tightly packed foliage and cut into the soft soils of the topography. The water here is murky from the loose soil, but clean enough to drink comfortably. The rain forest is full of life, thriving from the fresh vegetation and constant supply of fresh water.
